Home Theater System Installation or Replacement
Todd was a great source of information for guiding my decisions on setting up a home theater system. He had lots of suggestions and ideas, without pushing me to a buildout that was beyond my needs. He tailored his advice to what I was looking for, not to a preconceived idea of what a home theater system should be. Great experience, would recommend Todd to anyone looking for advice on how to set up a home theater system.Mar 7, 2019Verified
Todd was great! Mounted my TV to the wall and helped me with my home theater questions tooAug 18, 2019Verified
Todd did a tv installation for us. We are hiring him for some additional work. He was great on every level and every detail. No guessing- he knew exactly what he was doing. Hire Todd- you will not be disappointed. .Oct 6, 2019Verified
Todd did an incredible job with my install. He was very good at communicating, and gave me a lot of great suggestions on how to make my installs go smoothly (as well as save me money). Highly recommendedMar 11, 2019Verified
He worked with us even though we changed Our minds multiple times. He came out and installed it quickly and was very professional. We had a TV mount installed above our fireplace and I would not hesitate to use him again if we need something else done.Jun 16, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?(Before anything, CALL ME! My number is in my profile, I'd love to personally answer your questions.) My basic pricing that applies to 90% of my jobs is: -For most jobs, my first hour/minimum is $100, every hour after is $50(most jobs take about an hour, and all my clients are happy by the end, check my reviews). However, for some jobs involving custom or or consultation, rate will often stay at $100/hour(not dropping to $50 after the first hour). This will all be discussed BEFORE billing occurs or a job is accepted. However, there are some situations where I may charge more: -If the job requires more than 30 mins of travel time(one way), I also charge a small travel fee(depends on how long) -There are some specialty items that I charge extra for, but I will ALWAYS be upfront on these items, you will never be charged for something out of the blue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?CALL ME! Before anything else, call me, I love to hear from my customers and a phone call is the best way to work out all the details. From there, I will ask about the job and suggest options to you and provide pricing specific to the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?At age 11 I discovered my father had a large stash of computer parts in our storage room, I asked if I could have them and he was happy to oblige. I built my first computer in under a month, had three built in the next and explored my way into understanding how to network them, to make them talk to each other! It was so much fun! From there I took every opportunity to learn more about this exciting puzzle that is technology. I took every class possible, took jobs as a computer technician and even expanded my knowledge into the world of Macs by working at the Apple Store. I understand technology and have grown up speaking the language. But what really sets me apart is the fact that I know people! I am excited and I excel by opportunities to work on a team, to speak in public, or to teach. I have a passion for people. What does that mean for you? Not only can I fix your tech and introduce you to products/services that will improve your lifestyle/business, but I can do it all while speaking in understandable terms!
