- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually communicate via phone initially, to introduce myself and find out what the client's needs are. From there, everything is usually done via email but I'm happy to work however the client feels comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in Radio/TV with a focus on writing and producing. Years of experience writing all sorts of collateral pieces - SEO content, scripts, articles, ads, columns, newsletters - and more.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love words and language. I've always been a good writer and communicator. This just comes naturally to me and I like to help others.
