- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75/hour. First half-hour is free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk about their drumming goals, test the connection and levels for the online sessions, then look at their drumset (or I'll give them advice on what kind of drums to buy). We set up and tune their drums if needed, then start into the first lesson.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taught close to forty private drum students and been a drum instructor at over twenty ladies rock camps across the U.S. As a professional drummer, I've played 500+ shows touring the US, Canada and Europe with multiple artists and bands. I have a Drum Performance certificate from Berklee College of Music, been endorsed by Gretsch Drums and Latin Percussion, and am the Tech and Gear editor for Tom Tom Magazine, the only magazine in the world for female drummers. I'm passionate about empowering women and girls. My company EmpowerDrumming.com is the only drum education company in the world that exclusively serves women.
