- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are priced by the hour with certain amenities extra. We will explain the breakdown in our estimate conversation when the customer reaches out. Every season we have a promotion to offer for discounted or free services which we share in our conversation with the customer or you will find our promotion on our Instagram page.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process for working with the customer would be reaching out to answer any questions or seek further information to provide ample service. We then quote and converse if the price is right and work with the customer to ensure we can provide services within the customers budget. Last step is scheduling a time for service or a home tour if needed before scheduling the service to understand the customers needs.
