Kayla from Pensteada Cleaning is just fantastic! We had just moved in and I especially appreciated her fast response to my request on Thumbtack. My empty dusty house with dirty floors is now so clean even the cat can’t find anything while he investigates his new space. All appliances and counters sparkle, it’s such a relief. I’d highly recommend this service, and intend to have them in monthly for upkeep.

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with regards to housecleaning.:) I requested a deep clean for my apartment and to say Penstrada Cleaners (Kayla) went above and beyond is an understatement! Our services are priced by the hour with certain amenities extra. We will explain the breakdown in our estimate conversation when the customer reaches out. Every season we have a promotion to offer for discounted or free services which we share in our conversation with the customer or you will find our promotion on our Instagram page.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process for working with the customer would be reaching out to answer any questions or seek further information to provide ample service. We then quote and converse if the price is right and work with the customer to ensure we can provide services within the customers budget. Last step is scheduling a time for service or a home tour if needed before scheduling the service to understand the customers needs.
