- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love getting to know my customers, what is important to them, and what they want from a session. I chat with all clients and answer any questions they may have. Once they have paid their deposit to lock in their session date and time, I send them a PDF of advice and outfit tips. For my wedding clients, I provide a free consultation upon meeting, either in person or on the phone, so we can chat more about your wedding details, customizations, and my packages. After receiving their retainer and signed contract, we will chat about the details via a questionnaire which I will use to create a timeline that I will bring on the wedding day to stay organized. This includes all preparation, procedures, and anything I should know beforehand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the wedding industry since 2011. I graduated from Northern Arizona University, in 2015, with two Bachelors of Science; in Photography and Advertising. Prior to graduating from NAU, I worked along several wedding photographers before shooting on my own. I am always researching, trying new ideas, gathering inspiration, and learning new techniques.
