The dinner Debbie prepared for us in my home could not have been more perfect. She was so helpful prior to our party in helping me think through all the details from the linens to the lighting to the menu. She prepared an appetizer and served it outside to the guests we had for our office Christmas party, and I was able to enjoy cocktails with our guests without the distraction and stress of getting dinner on the table. We then came inside and sat down to a beautiful table with restaurant quality food. The meal was fabulous! Best of all...she cleaned all the dishes and left my kitchen spotless! Honestly, such a great experience using a top notch private chef and I would highly recommend her!

Chef Debbie was fantastic! I reached out to her with short notice to help out with a private dinner party for my in laws 50th wedding anniversary. She made everything so easy and it was a night we will all remember. Debbie was great at helping customize a menu for everyone, including picky eaters. She was punctual and professional while at our home. The presentation of the food was beautiful and everything was delicious. It was so nice to not have to stress about planning, making and serving food. It was the first party I hosted that I actually could sit back and enjoy. Debbie also cleaned all the dishes, cookware and kitchen! Thank you Debbie for making our celebration so special!

    I customize a proposal based on your food requests, number of guests, time required to shop and prepare the food, plus any additional costs associated with specialized menu items.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1. Have a telephone conversation to determine their needs and budget. 2. Create a written proposal. 3. Once decision is made, visit the client in their home or venue to see the kitchen and review the details of the cooking event. Inventory what equipment and utensils to provide. 4. One-to-Two days prior to Day of Cooking: Shop for groceries and supplies. Pre-prep some ingredients. 5. Day of cooking. Arrive at agreed upon hour, cook menu, serve. clean up. 6. Follow up with client for feedback.
