I offer swimming lessons for all ages. I have worked with swimmers as young as 6 months old all the way to adults who are wanting to learn or improve their technique to get into triathlons.
I have worked with swimmers to overcome their fear of water, as well as with swimmers who want to take their swimming to the next level.
