I quickly understood that I was in the hands of kind, caring professionals who were eager yet patient to answere all of my questions and clarify every last concern I had, and Maddy, my Alaskan husky found it difficult to leave the arms of the nicest receptionist! To me choosing an accountant is like choosing a family doctor or dentist. You know when it fits. Aaron has over a decade and a half of experience, and this was clear to me. I highly reccomended his expertise for those keeping track of investment property, in San fran anyway.
I have a fabulous review of Mary Jane Murphy! She is a bookkeeper and also does Quick Books which is essential to me. I have had bad experiences with two previous accountants and was desperate when at the last minute before filing my tax returns in Oct. 2015 my accountant let me know that she did not have the time to complete my taxes. I had even paid her for previous work. I found Mary Jane and not only is she a fabulous, knowledgeable bookkeeper, she is not expensive.
It is still a little early to render any review. Their accountant had a problem opening my computer program, and therefore, I had to print all my paperwork and take it back down there. I have had no news or comments since. However, Sean is a fine fellow. I was very impressed.

The team model works really well for a small company like mine that can't afford even a full time bookkeeper but needs bookkeeper, accountant and very infrequently controller level people when we need them. Christine coordinates that really well with the team of Probackoffice behind her. My company used to be a couple of million dollars revenue but as I reach 65 I'm scaling back a bit, at least for now. When I was that size though I wish I had known about Probackoffice.
