We couldnt be happier with our experience with Turf Time from start to finish.We had a brand-new construction home, so our backyard was a complete blank canvas. We knew we wanted pavers, artificial turf, gravel, and a drip irrigation system, but we were overwhelmed trying to figure out the best layout and where to begin.Jordan was fantastic from the very first interaction. Before our appointment, he communicated clearly and kept us informed. When he came to our home, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in turning our ideas into a cohesive plan. He offered great suggestions, helped us visualize the finished space, and even provided our quote during the visit. The price was fair from the beginning, and there were no surprise charges or changes throughout the project.Once we decided to move forward, Turf Time continued to exceed our expectations. They provided detailed communication about every step of the process, including helpful videos and resources that made us feel informed and prepared.Our project manager, Cody, was equally impressive. He kept us updated throughout the project, answered every question we had, and made sure everything stayed on track.The real heroes, though, were the four-man installation crew. They worked four straight days in well over 100-degree Arizona heat, and their work ethic was unbelievable.
