While Christine is one of the most detail-oriented and knowledgeable chefs and caterers Ive worked with in corporate settings, there is a far more powerful reason to choose Christine and The Catering Concierge for personal moments.During my wedding planning journey, I was quickly introduced to a reality many couples experience: vendors, and sometimes even people in your personal orbit, are not always invested in the same energy you are. Some treat you like another client in rotation, focused more on transaction than intention. When planning an event rooted in love, it becomes incredibly important to partner with people who bring good energy, share your values, and genuinely invest in honoring what the moment represents.From the very beginning, I was drawn to Christine because she genuinely embodies love and kindness. She pours that energy into her work in a way that is deeply felt, and in a wedding planning process where that kind of care can be rare, it made all the difference.I had a very specific vision: a fully plant-based, Tuscan-inspired menu that felt elevated, comforting, and intentional. Christine delivered beyond expectations. We went back and forth through several thoughtful iterations of flavor profiles and menu pairings, and every conversation felt collaborative, creative, and grounded in care.Presentation was just as important to us as taste, and Christine understood that immediately. We spent time discussing how the food would be displayed, pairing the dishes with beautiful pans and serving pieces that complemented the overall aesthetic of our wedding. She hosted us for a tasting menu and even mocked up the presentation so we could truly visualize the day. While everything she made was absolutely delicious, what stood out most was her openness and flexibility. She adjusted ingredients, flavors, and details to perfectly suit what we wanted.Communication throughout the entire process was seamless. Christine was responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly easy to work with. Her staff was just as exceptional. They brought the most beautiful, calming energy to our wedding day, moving through the venue elegantly, almost unnoticed, yet always present and ready to help wherever needed. They were punctual, professional, and went above and beyond their role. They even assisted our bartender with ice service and helped pack away our rental dinnerware at the end of the night.Christine and The Catering Concierge team are beautiful humans, incredibly talented chefs, deeply compassionate, and truly professional. If you are looking for food that is not only delicious but created with intention, care, and heart, I cannot recommend them enough.
