I’m a college student working a part time job and I was scared to contact tech support when my laptop had issues because I didn’t have 500$+ to spend on these kind of things. As a student I didn’t have any other working computer to use for my school work either. Austin was very professional and helped me out the day after I reached out to him. I am a single mother on a single income. I had a really basic problem I was scheduling for November 15. He figured out through text today October 27 the same day I put in the request why my computer wasn’t working. As a courtesy, i’m going to call it because I don’t expect free work. He did not charge me. This man seems to be very kind and reasonable at that! He was more worried about me getting my computer up and running.
