Andrew exceeded my expectations. He responded immediately to my messages, was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He found the problem quickly and had several options for moving forward. He even drove to another city to pick up my new computer and was able to transfer all my data. He suggested a reputable backup company and explained the new features of my computer and where to find my files. He was polite, honest and thorough. I’d highly recommend him! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate of $75.00 per hour (first hour guaranteed) and bill in 30- minute increments. I do not charge a travel fee if you are within 30 miles from zip-code 85296. For travel over 30 miles, I will add $10.00 for travel. For new customers, I offer an introductory rate of $50.00 per Hour when you mention the code "NEW" (does not include parts or hardware).

The main goal is to determine what your needs are and what you are looking to get fixed. I want to ensure that all of your concerns are heard and exceed your expectations when it comes to resolving your issue.
