Chef Haines was outstanding!! We would highly recommend hiring Chef Haines and plan to do so again soon. He taught us exactly what we were hoping. He came into our home and gave a class on be basics of pie crust which is something that we were very much in need of. We ended up with the most gorgeous crust and amazing pie!! His knowledge and techniques are top notch and his vast experience is something that we truly benefited from. We had both an educational and fun experience and are already looking forward to hiring him again.
