The gentleman was on time and very pleasant. We did a walk-through and he got started right away. He did a great job of cleaning the registers and ducts. He said this was his first time doing a job on his own, so it took longer than expected. A few suggestions for future jobs. 1) cover the work area with plastic or cloth - I had to clean up debris from counters and floors, 2) pay attention to detail - reinstall registers the same way they came off, one return vent was missed, and filter installed upside down, 3) be careful with power tools - knicks on registers and screws marred, striped a screw and left that side of the register hanging. All in all, the ducts are clean and less dust in the house.

We were looking into companies to have our ducts cleaned. I am happy to say that Cooper State Duct Cleaning did an outstanding job. Joe and his team were on time, clean and very professional. Whenever we had questions they were quick to respond. We would definitely use them again!!!

I contacted Copper State Duct to come out and clean my air ducts since we have a couple of dogs, they sent out their highly trained tech to do the job, when they arrived, they explained the process and went right to work. The team was very professional and detailed oriented. Once the job was done they showed me before and after pictures. All I can say is WOW…definitely worth it! I highly recommend Copper State Duct Cleaning. Excellent work!
