Amber replied within minutes. I was able to have a conversation with a REAL person and explain my needs. Austin understood what needed to be done to replace my window, which was not an easy replacement. The price was fair and the attention to detail was something that is hard to come by these days. My room has a totally different look now, much brighter and appealing!

I am pleased with the work on my bathroom accessories. He even went above and beyond at trouble shooting my lighting - unfortunately we needed a part - he wanted to come back to fix and address issue but since we were having an electrician over to fix a few things anyway we decided to let him off the hook - but will definitely use him again!
