Amber replied within minutes. I was able to have a conversation with a REAL person and explain my needs. Austin understood what needed to be done to replace my window, which was not an easy replacement. The price was fair and the attention to detail was something that is hard to come by these days. Austin put up two very long, stubborn, exterior shades where a modified anchor was needed on thin aluminum posts. The shades are rock solid, look great and take the heat of the front room.
