Introduction
I have been creating beautiful/functional spaces for 17 years in residential and light commercial projects. Our company offers cabinetry installation, millwork installation, 3D rendering, light framing, and custom fabrication. I take pride and finding the resources necessary to complete your dream project new/renovated or just the assembly/installation process. Being part of the complete process and on sight provides me with the high quality I expect. We were previously based out of Chicago and covered the Great Lakes area doing kitchens, bathrooms, space planning, high rises, beach homes, etc. Now we are excited to start a new adventure in the Phoenix AZ area. Neutral Interiors installed all of the cabinets for our kitchen, mudroom and laundry room remodel. While we had plans drawn up by or architect, Eric was able to deliver great ideas to improve upon the plans and adapt when walls were less than square in our 130-year-old home. The remodel process was overwhelming, but Eric was always willing to answer questions, listen to any of our crazy ideas and problem solve around Covid-related product shortages. The work itself is impeccable. We used IKEA cabinet bases and fronts, but Neutral Interior has a crazy ability to improvise and customize. Covid-related shortages at IKEA forced them to completely customize the mudroom. And when the architect's measurements didn't quite align with reality, Neutral Interior took it as an opportunity to add unique touches to our plans - like built-in wine storage and a coffee-making station in our pantry. Go with Neutral Interiors...don't be afraid to throw crazy ideas at them - and trust Eric's recommendations. I'll try to add more photos of the space once we're fully unpacked and now that the electrician has finished installing the outlets on the island.

Working with Eric is SUPERB! I have done two remodeling projects with Neutral Interiors and both were flawless experiences. To start, for each, Eric presented a clear outline of the work and a concise itemized estimate. Everything was done with attention to detail, an eye for design (Eric is a trained interior designer who then moved on to contracting), and a sensitivity to budget and finding economic alternatives. Also, Eric is a creative problem solver. His perception of space is outstanding; e.g. he knew just how much room would be needed to get an overweight person into the shower in a small bathroom! Also, his partner Brian, deserves equal praise. Both are even-tempered, no-drama, and have good humor.

Great product, and great value. Eric is creative and does great work. Wasn’t always as responsive as I would have liked, but in the end the result was stellar and that’s what counts.
