FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we are required to take 24 continuing education credits every two years. In addition to taking my 24 credits in Thai Yoga massage training, I'm also currently pursuing a Kinesiology degree to further my ability to work with injury and injury prevention.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Usually 1 1/2 hr full body massage focusing on high tension/stress areas designated by the client at the start of the treatment. I adjust the treatment as the session progresses to account for any unknown areas that are found during the treatment. Many people like to add on Reflexology to a session as well.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
See if a provider you are interested in will give you a 1/2 off discount for your first service. This will enable you to Interview or try out a provider without having to pay so much to find someone that you prefer to work with you. It will also give the provider an opportunity to win you over with exceptional service at a discount. Just remember that Massage is not easy and your provider deserves to make a living just like everyone else.
