Ron and Jeff were great!! They were thorough and very detailed oriented. We are getting ready to close on our newly built home and had HomeTeam perform an inspection. I love how equipped they were when they came to inspect our new home. I was shocked to see all the wonderful gadgets they used to detect water damage and all other latent problems you can possibly have in a home. The other inspectors I’ve dealt with weren’t able to do this so I was very happy to find out that there were no molds or water damage in home.Inspection went completely successful and I would highly recommend this Father & Son team! They work diligently making this process so much more easier for us ! Thank you so much!!

Not sure what you mean by work quality? They did not do the actual work needed but Ron & Jeff were ALL of the above. They were very pleasant, thorough, took time to explain things to us in an understanding. way. The printed report was very well detailed. We were under a time constraint so they came on Sunday. Super guys whom I would not hesitate to recommend!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ron and his team. They are AWESOME! Honest and reliable. I think that is what is most important in a home inspector. They gave us great feedback about our new, but used, home and it was all spot on. Thanks to HomeTeam we were able to focus right in on what the seller could repair prior to purchase and what we have to follow up on as we settle in. We actually looked at another home before this one. It needed a lot of work we couldn't see and it is probably worth it to someone but the house was already at the top of our budget so thanks to HomeTeam we got the right house for us!
