Our pricing structure is designed with the customer’s needs and satisfaction at heart. We offer a range of services, each priced accordingly, to ensure you get the best value for your money. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here’s a general outline of the typical process we use for working with a new customer. Initial Contact: The first step is to establish contact, typically via phone call or text. This is to introduce ourselves and understand the potential client’s needs. Needs Assessment: We then go deeper into understanding the client’s specific requirements. How often does the property need cleaning? Are there any specific areas that require extra attention? What are their expectations in terms of cleanliness and hygiene? Property INformation: We find out more about the property to be cleaned to better assess the task at hand. This will help in providing a more accurate quote and identify any special equipment or supplies that might be required. Proposal & Quotation: Based on all this information, we then provide a detailed proposal outlining our services. Client Approval : Once the client is satisfied with our proposal, we agree on a date and time and go over payment terms, cancellation policies etc. Service Execution: Our team will arrive at the scheduled time and execute the cleaning service as per agreed upon plan. Feedback & Review: After every cleaning session, it’s important to get feedback from clients about our work. We don't leave until the customer is 199% happy. Regular Maintenance: With regular service appointments and continuous feedback implementation, we keep the house sparkling clean, so the customer can focus on what's important.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Regarding our cleaners, they come from diverse backgrounds, many of them with significant experience in the hospitality field. This previous exposure allows them to understand the high standards required in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. As for education and training, all of our housekeepers have more than 3 years cleaning experience
