Martha is a very kind person and I believe she did her best. I didn't see the attention to detail that I prefer. Once she left, I finished the dusting and vacuumed underneath the beds and dining table, and took out the kitchen trash. I agreed on paying $50 more than the estimate because it was her first time at my house. She is a lovely person and I wish her luck.

going through the worst type of postpartum and as a single mother my house was destroyed and saw no way of ever feeling like home and getting it clean but because of martha i feel at home and have a new amazing energy to keep up with the cleaning. she’s amazing and will definitely be having her back and would highly recommend her!

Martha told me she would clean for $120. we discussed the size of the house, # of bedrooms and bath rooms. She wanted to do a deep clean and charge over $300. I told her I could not afford to do that and I had been doing deep cleaning and would work with her to do all the deep cleaning. When she got to my house she again wanted to do the deep cleaning. I told her she did not have to do 1 of the bedrooms and the 2 office rooms so that would be less for her to do. She complained throughout her timethere that it was taking so long. Then she said she needed $200 for the job. I felt pressured so I paid her. when she left I started to look around and realized she had not done half of the things she said she would and what she did clean was very hit and miss. I had a lot of cleaning to do to make up for all she had not done. the entire tile floor looked splotchy and dirty. I feel like she totally took advantage of me and lied about what she would do and just wanted to try to get more money and do way less.

Customer should know about my pricing. I am fair about my pricing, but I also gotta know how big the house is. That’s what I basically depends on and I also gave a discount for the first time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer, I like to get to know them and figure out the type of cleaning stuff that they like used in their home and I wanna meet their needs
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the business for 14 years so I pretty much know every single thing that there is to know about making a house look spotless
