- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We employ a unique (and low) pricing structure to ensure our prices are the "Lowest this side of Heaven". We offer free onsite evaluation for any mold or odor control service. When comparing our services to competitors we exceed industry standards of care in all phases of restoration work. For any insurance related claim, we strive to put $$ back into your pocket.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat every customer with dignity and respect. Restoration work in a home can impact the normal day to day routine for occupants, but we strive to do our work expediently and safely for all concerned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold all necessary certifications through the IICRC for the work which we perform. The owner is on-site for each and every job and has personally performed over 1000 restoration jobs.
