Chef Travis studied at the California Culinary Academy and am a ServSafe instructor.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Chef Travis began his culinary journey in San Francisco and has worked in high-end restaurants, hotels, and as a private chef in San Diego and Nashville. Now based in Gilbert, AZ, he and his wife own & operate The Twisted Tines. Chef Travis brings fine dining to homes across the country, offering dishes like handmade pasta, charcuterie boards, and unique desserts. His elite team ensures a seamless, elegant experience. Passionate about Italian and Fusion cuisine, he is always searching for new flavor combinations.
