- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you purchase 16 or more sessions, you receive a 10% discount. This offers is only good for those training 2 - 3 times a week. $40 Per Session 4 or more times a week PT $35 Per Session Stretch Therapy $70 per 50 min Session
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My Client Intake Process I like to start with a quick phone call. This allows for a pressure free conversation to express your goals and why you're interested in working with a trainer. Next, we set up a time to meet in person. Come check us out up close. Make sure the location works. Make sure the vibe is right for you to get seriously after your goals. If you like what you're seeing and hearing...We Get Moving On You! I Collect Your Starting Data Body Measurements, Body Type, Body Fat Percentage, Photographs, Injury and Health History and establish your goals. You complete a Baseline Workout to establish your fitness level, endurance capacity, working weight, flexibility and range of motion. I combine all information to construct your Exercise and Nutrition program. It's developed specific to you. We reassess every four to six weeks to ensure progress keeps moving in the right direction.
