- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a product that’s greater than my competition, at a price that’s lower than the competition. My prices vary based on the # of times per week you decide to come. Everything is month to month. No long term commitment or membership fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Conduct a consultation to go over program /view facility. 2. Evaluate their level of fitness and decide how many times per week they want to come. 3. Create a custom program Based on their personal goals. 4. TRAIN HARD! every day
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 11 years spent professionally training, four of which are with the NFL. I have a BA in kinesiology, a Masters degree in exercise science, and am enrolled in a Phd for sports movement.
