Miguel and his team did a great job on our project. We had an addition and the existing stucco was an old texture we wanted to update to a sand finish so we did the entire house and it looks awesome! I'd hire him again and recommend him without hesitation. Nice job!

FABULOUS - Jake does an extremely thorough job, in addition to him being very neat and meticulous, something I have not found in handymen. He is conscientious, priced very fairly and truthfully worth every penny - I would hire him again in a heartbeat...and plan to do so soon!!

Jared, his father and brother arrived on time. They were finished in about 3 hours. They patched several cracks in the ceiling's drywall, replaced 9 smoke detectors, replaced an electrical switch, removed some patio lighting and installed around 35 kitchen cabinet pulls. They came in and started right to work and cleaned up when they were finished. I was very impressed and would definitely hire them again.

I called McBride for a roof leak and they were out the next day. Steve reviewed all the work that needed to be done in addition to repairing our tile roof. He delivered a bid via email a few days later for the roof repair and the repairs inside the house as well. Work was scheduled to our calendar, roof and interior walls were repaired, wall and ceiling painted, end of story. Solid bid, solid work, very pleased.

Mr. Foster and his company were hired by my wife to “put a little stone” on our plain front sidewalk. By the time the HomeScape folks were done with the project we had a new beautifully curved stone sidewalk, really a small front patio, where I sit every morning an take business calls. Ed designed this elegant solution providing a wide curved sidewalk and a small 8 inch retaining wall clear down our driveway. The urbane elegance of Ed’s worked thrilled both me and my wife. Ed is the only one that I will have work on my future stone projects. Thank you Ed!

Eric did a great job removing our metal awning from our back porch. We are getting our roof re-done and the awning had to be removed to replace the fascia. He quoted me a very fair price and he was quick to respond when I asked questions. When we hired him, he came out and completed the project that same day. We weren't able to be home when he started, but we left our back gate unlocked and he called me to let me know when he arrived. He and his wife worked very efficiently and you could tell he had the expertise to complete the job. After everything was taken down, he also chiseled away the metal in the cement where the posts were to ensure that our dog and kids didn't hurt. They did a few sweeps with the magnet to gather any screws, nails, etc. from our yard and they hauled all the materials away. My husband and I were very impressed with his work.

I am glad I chose VIP Patios to do my patio addition. We chose a Patio with lattice top constructed of Roughson beams and posts. Matt had great suggestions and Ideas. He custom cut the joist ends and gave my patio a custom look beyond my expectations. Creative ability was very impressive. Having him come back to tile patio and give me ideas for fire pit. Also very impressive knowledge of stains vs paints. I enjoyed watching the creative process as my patio came to life.

The skill and attention to detail that Charley took in the construction of a 2.5 car garage attached to our newly built home is very impressive. He takes pride in a job well done---from concrete to siding, to roofing. Afterwards, we wish he had been available to take part in a greater portion of our home build. He left the area spotless, unlike the other contractors who left nails, staples, trash, and boards strewn all over, It may be their work space today, but later, our grandchildren's safety was a concern.
