FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates vary due to the amount of coverage there needs. Prices go up if we need more than one videographer, we may need to rent equipment sometimes. Discuss whether you would want an edited video/photo or just raw footage/photos. If we go on location that is outside the 50 miles there will be a charge. Also if you need immediate delivery there will be a rush fee. All of these will be discussed before agreeing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep up with the film community mainly since I am more focused on that as a career.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started to pick up on a few local gigs that paid decently well and to a point, I was working freelance more than my "day" job to a point where I didn't need that "day job" any more.
