I did not choose this contractor for the job. Yet they were very professional and timely in their roof inspection and pricing. They explained in details the SOW and the problems with the current roof.

Although I ultimately decided to go with another company for my repair, I still wanted to leave a five-star review based on my experience with Charlie.
Charlie was responsive, professional, and extremely thorough during the inspection. He took his time walking me through what he saw, what needed to be repaired, and answering my MANY questions. His pricing was also very competitive, and I genuinely appreciated the time he spent with me.
My only suggestion to the Roadrunner team would be to update their Thumbtack profile to make their licensing information more visible. I do a lot of homework, especially when it comes to my house, and I noticed that many other roofing companies on Thumbtack are clearly identified as "Licensed," while Roadrunner shows as a "Top Pro," but the licensing information isn't readily visible.
Having that information available upfront would have made that part of my research and decision-making process much easier.
While I ultimately went in another direction for this particular repair, I genuinely appreciated my experience with Charlie and wouldn't hesitate to say that he was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough throughout the estimate process.

The recent monsoon damaged some roof tile at our townhome and Jim came out in no time to inspect and offer a competitive quote. He took the time to explain the service & process without any pressure or obligation. After receiving other non personable quotes it was an easy decision to go with Roadrunner.
