- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is FINAL. There are no change orders!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we would want to see the roof in question along with the customer if possible. We then discuss the options for the repair or the replacement and the pricing. If the pricing can not be given at the time of inspection, customers will usually receive the pricing within 2 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We carry all licencing required for are trades.
