From start to finish my experience with Eric and Drew at Pelican Pools has been outstanding! Through Thumbtack I put in a request for a quote to 5 Pool professionals. Pelican responded almost immediately. I did not receive a response from the other 4. Due to the lack of response, I did solicit quotes independently from 3 other contractors and did get an estimate by email from one.In the meantime I worked with Eric to arrange a visit to my home and inspect the job. He was able to give me a very competitive bid right on the spot and I had my job scheduled officially with in a couple of hours. They were able to complete my job within just a few days! I received an only estimate from Drew and on the day of the job both Drew and Eric showed up right on time! They were able to complete the initial scope of work very quickly. They pointed out a few concerns to me and after discussion we decided to add to the work to address the other items. I quickly received an updated quote.Eric then was able to complete the job quickly, efficiently, and was incredibly friendly!I will definitely be using Pelican Pools for my future pool maintenance needs!

Great company to work with. They did a great job of fixing my pump and now they service my pool and we couldn’t be happier. We have had other pool companies but Eric and his team are just a cut above the rest.

I had the team at Pelican Pools come out over the winter when my pool suddenly had turned green. They came in and did an excellent job! They were so transparent and easy to work with. I have since used them for all of my aquatic needs!

We called out Pelican Pools for a once over on our older pool. It was going green and we were having problems with the filter. They came over right away, gave all our systems a check and let us know exactly what needed doing and what else needed attention. Our pool is recovering nicely, big fan of their work and we’ll definitely be using Pelican again in the future! Thanks for the great service!
