Eleganceballoonandcharcuterie was a joy to work with! They were prompt, communicative, kind, professional, and helpful. We had a quick turn around between booking and our event. But that was no problem with how organized and responsive they were! Their set up was quick and they delivered an arch that was even better than expected. They are a great value for investment! They also tore down the arch after the event. They even blew up a couple extra balloons for some little kids at the event and added some of our left over florals to the arch! A 20 out of 10 experience. They were knowledgeable about color and design too.

Quality work and service within days of being notified. I came from out of town to celebrate my sister’s birthday contacted this company and they made my sister’s day very special. She was almost in tears when she entered the room.

If I could give 10 stars I would! They did charcuterie and a balloon arch for my daughter’s wedding in December and people are still talking about how amazing everything was and I have already referred them to multiple people! Stellar customer service and great value!!

She did such an amazing job. She is so detail oriented I was able to get everything accomplished and set up before I even got there all the way from California. Premiere service and vision. Watch out Arizona she is a force to be reckoned with. She really made my idea and vision come to life. With way better than anticipated results. I will definitely book her again for future events!
