I messaged them late at night as I work night shift. I received a response within 5 minutes. We scheduled the job for a Friday between 1100-1300. I recieved over an hours notice they were running behind on the previous job. Which worked perfect since I needed to run an errand at that moment. They arrived, looked at the carpet and told me they could stretch it instead of a patch. They were done in like 10 minutes. Had a great friendly chat as well. Employees were professional and friendly.

Mark and his associate were great!! He .called to give us a time he would arrive. He had the proper tools to stretch the areas of carpet we needed. They were fast and very respectful of our home. His pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend Mark. He will do a wonderful job.
