The fix was made exactly as I expected. Tech showed up at the time he gave, the time it took for the repair was what he had said and cost he quoted was right on the money. Overall great experience

Affix did a great job for us. Not only did he arrive same day to evaluate what was wrong with our printer, he gave a couple of options and researched. He ultimately fixed our copier up AND went out of his way to save us money. Absolutely recommend and would hire him again in the future.
