David responded very quickly to my request. We made an appointment for the next day. He investigated the problem with both of our copiers and while he did not have the correct parts with him, he ordered them and returned the next day and installed the parts. It was great, a no fuss, no muss, pleasant experience. The cost was extremely reasonable as well.

We had been living with a nagging problem on our printer for some time. Affix was prompt, professional and affordable. So happy with the quality of the work.
