- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the scope, materials, and level of detail involved in each project. Most of our kitchen and bathroom remodels fall in the $25,000–$75,000 range. We focus on clear, upfront pricing—no surprise add-ons or vague allowances—and we’re transparent if a project isn’t a good fit for a client’s budget
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial conversation to understand the scope, goals, and budget range. If it’s a good fit, we schedule an on-site consultation to confirm details and discuss options. From there, we provide a clearly defined, itemized proposal outlining scope, materials or allowances, timeline, and expectations before any work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is rooted in hands-on field experience across cabinetry, finish carpentry, and full remodel coordination, combined with ongoing education in building codes, materials, and project management. I stay current with Arizona ROC requirements and best practices for residential remodeling.
