Patrick is a pro-professionalism, punctuality, communication, expectations, time-line, future based care instructions- all of these were realized and communicated by Patrick pre, intra, & final phases of project. I had a problem with the master bathroom shower leaking through the tiles. Patrick replaced the bad tiles and the board behind them and applied new grout and caulked the missing areas. His price was fair and he was very responsive to my requests.
