From start to finish, the process took just under a week to coordinate based on my schedule. Maria, the coordinator, was very professional and attentive to detail throughout the process. Ruth and her team, who handled the actual cleaning, did an excellent job preparing our home for sale while we are still living in it. They listened carefully to our requests and worked around our needs without any pressure to add extra services or upsells.
The operation was well organized with both pre-inspection and post-inspection of the work completed. Despite running a little late due to back-to-back appointments (which is understandable), they did not rush the job and actually stayed longer than required to make sure everything was done right.
I appreciated the flat-rate pricing with no surprises. The team was professional, experienced, and showed strong attention to detail. My biggest concern was ensuring the company was licensed, insured, and bonded, and Luxe Haus met all of those expectations. Even though they are based in Florida, they have a real operational presence in Arizona. We are located in Buckeye, and there were no issues with service.
Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience. I would absolutely recommend them again, especially Ruth and her team. Well done.
