Absolutely amazing! On time and very hardworking. The entire time she was here she worked her butt off and my house definitely shows it. My house is spotless and sparkling. I could not be happier with the service. Honestly my house is cleaner after Julie came and cleaned than when I moved in and hired a different company to clean it. 100% will be calling her again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Offering 2 types of cleanings. Regular (upkeep) or Deep cleaning or (move in/move out). Deep cleanings (Move in or move out) pricing starts at $80.00 an hour. Regular cleanings start at $40.00 an hour.
Deep cleaning pricing that is listed is for 4 hours any additional time is the pricing listed above.
Depending on the condition of the home.
$25.00 additional pet fee on all jobs.
Always offering a 10% Senior Citizen discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk about exactly what the customer is wanting done during the cleaning and discuss any extras they want done. Always talk about pricing, after the cleanings are finished, do a walk through to make sure all of the customers requests are completed. (The cleaning meets the customers expectations).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended college, I have my CNA & Phlebotomy certificates. I worked as a CNA for years, I have multiple years of Customer Service experience. I also currently worked in Social Media Marketing for the last 3 years.
