Val did a good job in cleaning my house. We were surprised how the cleaning turns out. My husband and I are amazed. We will definitely call her again for cleaning. She cleans the kitchen, living room, 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. She is also happy and communicative. Thanks for her to save the day before our house party starts.

To be fair, Val cleaned my house because my regular cleaner had been out of town and we have had difficulty scheduling a visit over the previous two months. My typical cleaner has really raised the bar with her excellent work and affordable rates. When I compare Val’s services favorably to those of my regular cleaner, it is difficult for me to rate her performance. When reading the remainder of my review, kindly bear this in mind. I paid Val for a deep clean which she includes as bedding, vacuuming, moping, bathrooms, kitchen, dusting of blinds and ceiling fans, general dusting of the entire home, and targeting one or more areas of choice. My children’s (2) bedrooms and (1) bathroom were the areas I chose to have her concentrate on. Both the exclusion of window cleaning and one bedroom were agreed upon. Val requested that our initial visit be postponed due to an emergency. She also informed me of the need to postpone the newly scheduled time by 30 minutes. She professionally communicated these schedule modifications with me. The deep cleaning was finished in 3 hours by Val and her assistant. Upon her arrival, she answered all of my questions regarding what I should expect next. I discovered that she doesn’t clean dishes as a part of the deep clean service. I readily offered my own broom and dustpan to them since they had forgotten theirs. I didn’t effectively communicate my desire for the walls and baseboards to be scrubbed too. After discussing this during her clean she expressed that given more time she could target walls and baseboards during another visit and provided her rates for doing so. I greatly appreciate their time and support in targeting very important areas in my home. Val is extremely professional, flexible, diligent and considerate, but I have higher expectations than she can meet with her rates and caliber of work.
