I’ve been serving the valley for the past 6 years. I have a deep understanding of the fundamentals aspect of the work criteria. The first time I scheduled these guys, they did have nearly immediate availability, and also competitive pricing. I saw they were a new, small business and wanted to leave good marks to help them out, even though they showed up quite late. The job was to remove weeds and blow out leaves. Id previously sprayed some of the weeds (I have gravel) so they were already dead and yellowed. The next day, walking around my yard, I realized they pulled all the green weeds, but left ALL the dead weeds in both the front and back yards--so despite paying them for the weed removal, I still had to pull weeds the following day. I figured whatever, I'll just communicate better next time and give it another chance because they'd quoted me for a recurring service, and not a one time job and I'd have felt bad not to hold up my end of the transaction. The next time, they no showed for the scheduled service, then asked if they could come a few hours later. Id unfortunately scheduled my day around the early meeting time and couldn't reschedule. I expressed my frustration with both instances, and they asked that I reconsider and let them show me it would be made right. I decided to give it one more go, but they didn't even respond to the request. I'm giving up on trying to give these guys a chance.

Quick response time. These gentlemen were very professional and respectful. They looked over my sprinkler system, located the problem and did the repair the same day. Their prices are reasonable and fair. I already have plans for them to come and take care of my clean-up.
