I thought I had a simple job of opening the metal cabinet lock. Pouya came at scheduled time and could not open the lock. Apparently it is an old cabinet. After getting additional supplies from the store he opened the lock and made a new key. All the work he completed at the quoted price. He was very pleasant and explained what the problem was. After he left I could not lock the cabinet. Immediately I called him and he came back to show me that I was not turning the key in the correct direction. With a smile he left our house. If you have a lock or key problem I recommend to call pouya, you will not be disappointed.
