I've been going to Teri for over a year for my massages. I have scoliosis and shoulder issues. I have to say her massages are amazing and have helped me maintain my health. January of 2014 I began my first Yoag class to continue to improve my posture and build a stronger body and mind. Her classes transformed my life in so many ways. In a few short months I gained strength in my upper body which helped my neck, injured in a car accident, my shoulders and my back. I lost weight that I struggled with losing for years, gained flexibility and confidence. She's shown me alternative poses due to my health issues. The Yoga helped me deal with the loss of my father and my job and the stress of my new job. Teri cares about her clients and people. She gives her heart and you can tell with her classes and massages. She wants to help everyone live a better life through natural medicine. Teri has shown me a healthy way of life, one that I can stay with.

Refreshing, pure relaxation! I had shoulder surgery about 3 1/2 - 4 years ago. While that went well I would still get tension in my shoulder which caused the tension to spread to my neck and back. I also have arthritis in my neck and that is a big reason for the continued tension. I lived in some sort of tension and pain all the time. It was usually just a nagging light pain but it was always there and sometimes would flare up and get much more uncomfortable. At one point the nagging pain from the tension got so bad I went to physical therapy. Part of the P.T sessions was massage therapy as well as the various exercises. I experienced how well massage therapy helped with my pain. I kept saying I was going to try massage therapy on a regular basis but I procrastinated about another year before doing so. I finally started with Teri on a monthly massage routine. I am almost completely free of tension and pain. I say almost completely because from time to time I get a "little" tension mostly in my neck from the arthritis. When I do start to get the tension and pain the massage makes it go away. It took about 2-3 sessions before it was completely gone but it did go away. I am so very thankful to Teri for helping me. I can't believe I waited so long. I guess I didn't think it would really work. I was definitely wrong. I recommend massage therapy for anyone in discomfort. If your not in any type of discomfort and get a massage just for the pleasure of it...oh so wonderful!
