Introduction: My qualifications are as follows: * Previous experience as director of operations for full-service local, boutique DMC, handling inbound sales incentive programs in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tucson and Sedona; operated an average of 25 programs per year * Creation of sales proposals in response to written or verbal RFPs, complete with transportation options for airport arrivals and departures, themed events for on and off property (including decor, entertainment, table settings, etc), leisure activities, and dine arounds * Coordinated and managed program staff and vendor services, including transportation, tour guides, docents, off-property venues, catering, entertainment, decor, signage, special needs requirements, and event security * Provide program estimator for an itemized spreadsheet for use with presale proposal to build the event and offer client an itemized budget; used during operation of event to track all costs and to stay on target with budget; used for postsale for itemized billing and final invoice to client
