• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Precision Patio is a small business that installs premium building products for a fair price. The price stays low by running a pretty tight ship and doing things right the first time. This keeps our price low, and as corny as it sounds, our quality high, and our installers top notch. We will provide discounts for servicemen, veterans, fire and police members and also-a discount for cash/check.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  We'd like to meet at the home, and have both spouses (of course, this does not apply to those living alone!) available. We've found that how the space is utilized is a little different even in the same household, and it's our job to find a design pleasing to both. If we can offer a design and price range at the first meeting, we'll do that. But it works out nicely when we can come back with specific numbers at a follow up visit.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have a lot of construction training, education and certifications from the time when I was developing custom homes. Knowing how the elements of design and materials work together for a long lasting installation is the result. And having decades of experience teaches you a thing or two about best practices!
