    Having Gabe as a trainer has literally changed my life. He has taken me from an almost 300 pound couch potato to an under 200 pound "athlete". I am strong and able to do so much more than I ever imagined. He motivates and pushes you to be your best and meet or exceed whatever goals you have for yourself.     I have been working with Gabe for almost 2 years. At the time I started with him I was diagnosed as a diabetic 5 years prior. I was 290 + pounds and my A1 c was 8.7. After nearly 2 years and Gabe's help and motivation, my A1c is 6.5. I am down to to 255, I have put on muscle, I feel better. Granted I still have work but with Gabe's help and motivation I will get to the end of this journey.

    I can tell you Gabe has motivated me. Taught me about eating correctly and been there as a friend. He became a teammate on my journey to a better life and better health.

    Gabriel has helped me build muscle and gain strength. He always believes in me far more than I do myself and motivates me to push harder. I have always been intimated by large gyms and the atmosphere they provide. Gabriel new that upfront and made me feel extremely comfortable in the small gym setting and with the equipment. He also educates me on proper nutrition to help me achieve my goals.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. The advice I would provide would be that of faith. Have faith and dedication in yourself as well as within me to help you along your journey. Trust the process and the results will happen. Quick fixes will not help you achieve a long term healthy lifestyle. Each person has their own strengths and their own weaknesses as no two people are the same. It takes a strong trainer to acknowledge these and encourage and motivate the trainee. It's important for the trainer to see what needs to be accomplished and take the necessary steps with each trainee to achieve the desired results.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. If I was a customer I would truly want to know that the trainer I select wholeheartedly wants the same success for my fitness as I do. Often times in this business I feel that trainers are in it for the wrong reasons. The inside secret is to interview your trainer as they do you in your initial consultation. Ask them how they feel about your fitness goals. How they respond is going to prove how they sincerely feel about your transformation from that point forward. That moment you will know whether that partnership will be a road to your fitness successes.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I offer over 15 years of experience in training, a background in fitness education, and an overall basis of the the business. I have not only learned the educational aspect of this profession but have worked closely with other professionals to grow substantially and become more diverse in my skill set and my craft.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The opportunity to help people reach their personal goals. Not only on a fitness standpoint but to be a part of someone's transformation of mind, body, and soul in a centralized fulfillment. Health is important in life and allowing a trainer such as myself to guide you to your fitness goals is truly what I like best about my job. It is a partnership and a relationship between the trainer and trainee. The time invested and dedication between both allows for a perfect combination.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The most commonly asked question is how do I lose my belly? No matter how many times I get this question my answer is always 100% the same. Crunches and a horrible diet will not remove that layer of subcutaneous fat that covers that beautiful flat belly you want to obtain. Abs are made in the kitchen. Pairing that aspect with an active lifestyle can really get you on your way to that successfully tone core. Allowing a dedicated trainer to customize your training and diet will set you on track for your goals. Being held accountable will allow for the greater results we're striving for.
