Introduction: I am the owner/teacher at Living Raw By Grace. We all know that fruits and vegetables are healthier than anything else, right? Well, getting more into our diet is hard because of all the yummy foods that we love to eat: pizza, meat, pasta, sandwiches, cereal, etc. I offer healthy living one recipe at a time.
So, I try to mimic comfort foods just using fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, oils, and spices without cooking and destroying a lot of the nutrition and creating carcinogens. This way, we get healthy food that tastes and looks like the food we are used to enjoying.
I try to make my recipes simple (10 ingredients or less), fast (10 minutes or less), and inexpensive ($10 or less). This way, moms like me who don't have much time or money can still eat healthy. Then, I teach you how to make them.
I offer raw recipe demonstration classes and raw lifestyle coaching, either in large class/groups or one-on-one. I have also written 8 UnCookBooks, with over 250 recipes!
