*WARNING*.....At their prices and for what they do.......they will make you lazy!!!! Thanks so much to Carmen and Peggy and the whole group at Curl Cleaning. They are real professionals and they know exactly how to clean what needs to be cleaned! They went above and beyond my expectations and made my new home (new to me) start to look like a home. They showed up on time and did not leave until the job was finished. I am looking forward to having them back every two weeks. With a newborn and two fur babies, it can be hard to find a reputable company that is willing to come in and clean up like it should be done. I have been working with Tom for several months and have seen dramatic improvement in my tennis skills. He is patient, instructive, and fun. I came as a beginner with no real tennis instruction and I feel like I now have a good foundation and will continue to improve. Tom is also great with kids. I brought my 5 yr old daughter with me once to watch and he got her a racquet out of his car and had her hitting balls. She had a great time. Tom is an awesome instructor and I would recommend him to anyone.

My previous manager put the tenants from "hell" both times in my rental. Needless to say they did not perform to contract, as well as, much damage to the property. A business associate recommended I give Dave a call. He is managing their rental. WOW !!! He has met and exceeded my expectations of a property manager. His professional wisdom and guidance assured me that my past experiences with a bad manager was NEVER going to be in our relationship. And true to his word he has delivered. His honesty, knowledge of the real estate world and wonderful handling of the tenants, has made his name the first one to roll off my tongue when anyone asks me about property managers. Dave is extremely prompt in answering my email, texts and phone calls. He is very courteous and is not without a idea or two in helping to figure out the best solution. His support team of service people have been very courteous to the tenants and me. They are prompt in responding to requests for service as well. I honestly can say I sleep better at night knowing Dave is at the helm.

I have known Cindy for several years as she managed my property (and did a great job of it) and was the logical choice to sell it when the time came. It took her all of two weeks to sell it at a price that I was happy with and she did it the same way she managed the house . Did all of the work and contacted me only when she had everything in order. all in all it probably took thirty minutes of my time (maybe less) to go through the house selling process and it was 100% painless. Cindy has been in the business a long time and has plenty of experiance and know how which she uses to your advantage. I would recomend her to anyone.

My husband and I are in our 60's and have over the years worked with several real estate agents - I can honestly say that Vicky is by far the most on the ball agent we have ever had the pleasure to have work for us. And when I say work, this lady truly works hard - she is aggressive when working with lenders for deadlines and gives direct answers to your questions. We told her what we were looking for and she didn't try to show us properties that were not what we were looking for or out of our price range. What is a home inspection?

A home inspection is a visual inspection performed by a trained professional to determine the condition of a home’s main elements. The inspection usually takes several hours, during which the professional takes multiple photos and notes, tracking information for a final report. After the inspection, the pro will create a printed report, complete with photos and detailed information, summarizing the condition of the house. A home inspection is often used by potential home buyers prior to purchase to determine if there are larger issues (such as dry rot or a faulty foundation) that are not immediately visible to the untrained eye but that would cost a lot of money to resolve. Home inspections are also used by real estate agents and home sellers to address any concerns before putting a home on the market. Longtime homeowners can also schedule a home inspection to get a snapshot of their current home condition and identify any issues that need to be addressed. A home inspection is not a legal document that can be used for divorce or estate settlements, nor can it be used to secure loans or mortgages.

What does a real estate agent do?

Real estate agents help their clients buy, sell, and rent commercial and residential properties. There are also real estate agents that sell industrial and agricultural real estate, but the majority sell residential properties. To become a real estate agent, you must be at least 18 years old, successfully complete real estate courses, and pass a real estate exam. Be sure to check for any required licensing, too. Often real estate agents will earn 5 percent to 6 percent of the total home sale price for their work in representing their client. Typically this commission is split equally between the buyer’s agent and the seller’s agent. Here is an overview of what a real estate agent does, according to the United States Department of Labor:

How do you find a good home inspector?

A home inspection should tell you the true condition of a home. A competent home inspector closely inspects your home’s structure and foundation, looks for termites and signs of problems like mold, checks the wiring to ensure it’s in good condition, and investigates the HVAC system, among other items. To find a good home inspector, first research whether home inspection is licensed in your area; not all states require licensure.

If there is no regulatory body that licenses home inspection in your state, there are other ways to make sure you are hiring a trustworthy professional. Carefully look into the person’s reviews and ask for references. Ask if they are committed to continuing education, and whether they are active members in any reputable home inspector organizations. Some organizations that recognize and/or certify home inspectors are the American Society of Home Inspectors, National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and American Home Inspectors Training. Don’t be shy about asking to see credentials and licensing.

What's the difference between a real estate broker and an agent?

Real estate agents and real estate brokers both help clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, real estate brokers are licensed to manage their own real estate businesses. Real estate agents cannot have their own real estate office and must work under a broker. Real estate brokers often have real estate firms and employ real estate agents. Those real estate agents may be employees of the firm, or they may work on contract and earn part of any commission they bring into the firm.

If you are a homeowner ready to sell or a buyer in the market for a new home, either a real estate broker or a real estate agent can help you achieve your goal. What is more important than their title is their track record and client success stories. When interviewing real estate agents or brokers to help you buy or sell a home, ask about their recent sales history as compared with the original listing prices. What should you look for in a real estate agent?

When you’re hiring a real estate agent you want to find a qualified pro who can negotiate the best deal for your home — whether you’re buying or selling. Reading reviews will help you weed out obvious bad operators; you want to work with someone who treats their clients with fairness and respect. That said, you also want someone who can play hardball and maximize your real estate deal. Ask for references from recent clients, and be sure to call them.
