I do not cut corners.
Cleaning your solar panels with hard water and chemicals can void some of the manufacture warranty’s.
I use some of the industries best equipment and use ultra clean deionized water to ensure a spot free shine.
We also offer bird proofing for your solar panels.
For bird proofing we would be cleaning under the panels for feces, birds, and nests and then putting a strong steal mesh with pvc coating (pvc prevents rusting) around the panels touching the roof to prevent birds from coming back.

I started to notice my solar panels getting a little bit of a 'film' developing on them, and after a little research realized that this can degrade the efficiency of the units. I noticed Solar Spa was a local company that specialized in this kind of work and uses a specific technique to clean the panels without damaging them. The gentleman that came out and got the job done quickly and efficiently. In fact, he showed me pictures showing evidence of pigeon nesting under the panels and gave me the option to clean their mess and seal off the panels to prevent that from happening again. Needless to say, I'll be including his service at my home regularly to ensure I protect the investment and get the most out of my solar panels!

Jacob is extremely professional, explained the service and benefits of getting my solar panels cleaned. I never thought of it until he came to my door. He was kind enough to take take before and after pictures, and I’ve noticed an increase of banked energy after the cleaning. Would highly recommend them!

I had Jacob who is the owner of Solar Spa clean my solar panels and bird proof them. The bird proofing turned out to be a bigger job than he thought, took him all day but he did such a good job. He was so considerate and cleaned up after the job was done, arrived when he said he would, and kept me informed of what he was doing. If you need your solar panels cleaned and/or have a pigeon problem, give him a call.

The work that was performed was an A+. I did not realize that my panels were so dirty,filthy. They looked clean before the process of getting them professionally cleaned by Solarspa. Wow, what a difference. Thank you Jacob for the excellent service your company has provided. Would like to get scheduled every 6 months.
