Andrew was great. He immediately went to work on our front entrance grout, meticulously took out the old, dirty and crumbling grout and put fresh grout in. Very professional and very easy to work with. Pricing was quite fair too. He made sure everything was done right and to our satisfaction. We do intend to have him come back to "clean" our front kitchen and bathroom tiles in the near future.
