Jesse asked all the right questions about my shower problem and immediately figured out the probable issue and started searching online for our discontinued shower part ,and drove around town until he found the part he needed to fix it. Fingers crossed I won't need to call him again but if I do have another plumbing issue, I definitely wouldn't hesitate to use him again, he was very reasonable in price and very professional and reliable.
