My pricing is competitive and based on the size and complexity of the home. I offer a 5% discount for first-time homebuyers, military members, and first responders as a thank-you for their service. All inspections include a thorough walkthrough, a same-day digital report, and follow-up support. There are no hidden fees—what you see is what you get. Additional services like infrared thermal, sewer scope, termite, or pool inspections are available at fair prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you book, I confirm the details, and schedule the inspection. On-site, I perform a thorough inspection of the home’s major systems—roof to foundation—documenting everything with photos and notes. I also walk you through key findings in person, and you’ll receive a detailed digital report within 24 hours. I remain available afterward for any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a state-licensed home inspector trained in residential systems including roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structural components, and more. I’ve completed hands-on training, continuing education, and I also use advanced tools like thermal imaging and sewer scopes to enhance the quality of my inspections.
